Established by the Gates Foundation and organized to stimulate innovation for global health, Grand Challenges is an annual international conference attended by a wide array of respected individuals, including the biggest names in the global health sector. Inviting over 1200 global attendees, the conference includes plenary sessions, side events, and evening social events.
Our team sourced entertainers, qualified vendors and various materials while ensuring the deliverables were aligned. We identified ideal venues for the main and social events, negotiated with all sites to establish our desired layout, and confirmed the decor was in line with our social event themes. In addition, the Flawless team assisted over 800 international attendees with visa applications, staffed the entire event and worked alongside the Gates Foundation to deliver an immaculate event in our signature Flawless style.
